Charity Lawson, The Bachelorette, who got kicked off, who got kicked off last night, who got sent home last night, who is left on the bachelorette, who was eliminated, who was sent home, who went home
Yellow Jeep, Big Foot Sightings, Bungee Jumping, Cabin Vibes, and a Rainbow
Charity and her men are off to Stevenson, Washington for group dates and bungee jumping and our first hot tub sighting in the wild.
Jesse pulling out the fun facts – Skamania County Washington means “Swift water,” and is the place with the most big foot sightings.
Who got kicked off: Brayden, Caleb B., John, Michael went home this week. Brayden opted out. Man, all the guys going home (excluding Brayden) gave shoutouts to their homies still in it to win it find love.

One-on-One Date: “Dotun, Let’s lean into Love,” read the date card. Dotun got the first one-on-one date in Washington. Fun! Bungee jumping off of a 20-story bridge. Let’s get that adrenaline pumping to fall in love. Both of them are terrified of this activity.
Quote of the date: Dotun – “One of my biggest heights is fears…wow, I’m so nervous.”
They conquered their fear and then Charity wanted to do it again. So they jumped twice! And they saw a rainbow at the end. Adorable. AND we got our first hot tub spotting in a rando spot.
Group Date: Going on the group date are Joey, Aaron, Michael, Caleb B., Brayden, Sean, John, Tanner. “Meet me in the woods,” is what the date card said. They met a trio of girl scouts. And the assignment with the reward of a trip to the “Kissing Tree” was to find things to eat in the wilderness. Tanner always pictured himself as a daughter dad. Crying. And he found pine nuts so yay. Then the girl scouts turned savage and asked questions that all the men had to respond to on cards. One question was, “Who would you eat to survive?” Everyone said Brayden. Yikes. And the adorable little blond girl scout said, “You do have a lot of meat and do exercise.” Aaron got the Kissing Tree prize and got to join the scouts. Woot! Also, it should be noted that Sean referred to the girl scouts as demons. Kudos to the blonde little girl that did a demon voice and was hilarious.
At the after party Charity found out Brayden packed his bags twice. Charity pulled Brayden aside and Brayden went home! I repeat Brayden volunteered to leave. He said he wasn’t ready to be here.
Joey got the group date rose.
Can I also just say I love how slow Joey read that date card. Thanks, man. Really helping the blog.
One-on-One Date: Xavier got the one-on-one date and they went to a fruit festival. Fun! They bought lavender and chocolate and tried pepper jelly. (PS I love all of her outfits.) They mashed grapes with their feet and went bobbing for apples. At dinner, Charity talked about her past relationships and being cheated on. Xavier talked about his mom with MS, how his dad takes care of her and how Xavier dedicated his career to helping people like his mom.

Cocktail Party
Brayden crashed the cocktail party and uncomfortably interrupted Charity and John kissing. He basically just came to tell Charity it was nothing she did for him to leave. And Charity was like I know dude. And then he left again. So odd.
Sean made fun of Brayden’s scarf. When the producer asked what made his scarf different from Brayden’s. Sean said his own was cashmere.
Also, you’ll never believe this but my apartment had the water shut off and I couldn’t watch Monday. So cheers to AirBnB‘s with wifi and wine. (not an ad – just grateful for a place to live). Hence, the wonky photos. Thanks for sticking with me. Also, if anyone knows of a good real estate lawyer HMU.
Also, also cheers to the new, first ever Golden Bachelor, Gerry. Geriatric Gerry! Too soon? Not cool? It’s the wine and upheaval in my life that I blame. Also, I think I’m technically geriatric so I can say that. Gerry Turner is 71 years young and looking for love this fall.
Predictions you didn’t ask for (no spoilers. I don’t watch spoilers and don’t support spoilers.): I think Charity really likes Joey. I think she chooses Xavier. But I think Joey, Dotun and Aaron are going to hometowns.
You’ll always wind up where you’re supposed to be. even when it doesn’t feel like it. You’ll find where you’re meant to be. My Air BnB wisdom.
