Bachelor in Paradise is back in Costa Rica! Four New Ladies Join the Crew

The Bachelors / Bachelorettes have arrived in Costa Rica! (Day four of Paradise, according to Hannah Brown and Wells.) Two new ladies have joined the beach. Ali Jo and Parisa from Grant’s season of The Bachelor arrived by jet ski to three of the men walking the beach. This new Bachelor in Paradise in this new locale is starting to feel like Love Island. I am not sure I’m loving the mix-up. Later, Jill and Susie joined the beach.

The Bachelor/Bachelorettes are pairing up.

Second Rose Ceremony: The men have the roses this week.

Who is Pairing up with Whom: Going into the Rose Ceremony are 6 guys and 10 ladies.

Spencer chose Jess

Justin chose Susie (but Susie said no because she wanted him to give it to Lexi to give him and Lexi a shot.)

Jill got Justin’s rejected rose.

Going Home: Ali Jo, Lexi, Zoe, Susie and Justin.

Chemistry Test: Kissing Booth. Host Jesse, Hannah Brown and Wells separated the men and ladies and introduced them to their first chemistry test. Everyone secretly chose people that they’d like to kiss. If they matched with the person, they secretly kissed on the beach. Jonathan (Alexe, Ali Jo, Parisa, and Bailey), Brian (Zoe and Parisa), Spencer (Jess), Jeremy (Bailey). Jeremy swiped right on four girls but only Bailey matched with him. Justin and (Lexi). Dale (Alexe, Kat, Ali Jo and Zoe).

Date Card #1 and #2: Ali Jo and Parisa each got a date card. Ali Jo took Jonathan. Parisa took Brian. It was a joint date with a night on the town. Wells showed up on their date and announced it was game night. They started the night with a shot. The first game was a twerk off. The next games included a sloth game where you had to climb around your partner and an arm wrestling match with a local.

Jill and Susie joined the party. Lexi called a pause with Justin, and at that exact moment, Susie joined the party. Susie and Justin had been friends and dated and just called it off four months ago.

Date Card #3: Susie got a date card and took Jeremy on jet skis. Jeremy checked in with Bailey before he went, and Bailey was cool with it. She was super chill, told him to go have fun and she was gonna get a tan. Jeremy and Susie kissed on the date.

Date Card #4: Jill got a date card and asked Jonathan on a date. They went to the Presidential Suite on the top floor of the resort. Jonathan played bartender. He admitted he was a bad bartender. They played Twister and shared a kiss. They ended the date in the third-floor mini pool/hot tub.

Ali Jo pulled Dale again, and they smooched on the daybeds. Parisa and Brian played a role-play game. Lexi pulled Justin and said she had talked to Susie and was still interested in Justin. Lexi was worried Justin was fully healed from his relationship with Susie, and Susie reassured Lexi.

Justin checked in with Susie. It was heartbreaking seeing them interact. Justin revealed they had made a promise to always protect each other.

At the rose ceremony, after Jeremy chose Bailey, Justin decided to offer his rose to Susie. Susie rejected it. Justin went off camera. Both Susie and Justin decided to go home. Jill was offered Justin’s rose.
