Hometowns! Joey’s Back! Horseback Riding, Pizza Making, and Brides Magazine Modeling. Grant Met All of the Family and Extended Family and Friends

It’s Hometowns week! Grant went on hometown dates with Juliana, Litia, Zoe and Dina. Grant met Juliana’s big family and extended family at a backyard cookout in Newton, Massachusetts. Grant met Litia’s big family and extended family at another backyard cookout in Star Valley, Wyoming to bring the whole family together. Grant didn’t meet Zoe’s parents but did meet her aunt, uncle, and sister, who she considered her chosen family members in New York. And Dina’s family opted out of filming and meeting Grant on the show. So Grant met Dina’s friends at a pumpkin patch with games in Chicago. Joey from the last season of The Bachelor got a beer with Joey at Boomtown Brewery in Los Angeles and talked about the show with Grant.

Who got kicked off: Dina went home this week.

Juliana – Newton, Massachusetts

They went to the Little Italy of Newton. Juliana told him last time they were together that she was falling in love with him. Juliana took Grant to make pizzas to take to her family’s house later that night. (I’m almost positive they went to D&A House of Pizza because that was on the pizza boxes and it’s right across the street from the pastry shop they went to.) They stopped at a flower shop to make a bouquet and then went to Antoine’s Pastry shop to pick up some cannolis. They got a drink at Olivia’s Bistro in Newton. And then headed to Juliana’s home. Grant met Juliana’s mom Donna and dad Carl and sister Dominque and all of the uncles, aunts, cousins, second cousins and friends. At the end of the night, Grant told Juliana he was falling for her.

Zoe – New York, New York

Grant met Zoe in New York City. Zoe is an engineer and also models in New York. They did a photo shoot with Brides Magazine with three looks – a proposal, an engagement and a wedding. It was okay. Then Grant met Zoe’s aunt, uncle, sister and friend. Zoe said she cut ties with her adoptive parents the year before. Zoe’s sister and family were so sweet. Zoe’s sister asked Grant hard questions and it was a really nice visit.

Litia – Star Valley, Wyoming

Grant met Litia in Wyoming. Litia is from Utah, but she said her Grandma Candy was the one that had all of the family gatherings. Grandma Candy passed away, but Wyoming seemed to be a good place to bring all of Litia’s family – a ton of cousins – together. Litia took Grant horseback riding before meeting the family. Litia is Mormon and hadn’t brought anyone home who wasn’t Mormon. Grant was the first. They had a backyard bbq and played tug-of-war and met everyone. Litia’s grandpa is so cute. Litia’s grandpa talked about his wife so sweetly. And Litia confided to grandpa that she was in love with Grant. Litia also told her mom she was falling in love with Grant and her mom encouraged her to tell Grant. Before Grant left, Litia did just that and told Grant she was falling in love with him. Grant said he was falling in love with her too and told producers he was happy she said it because he had told her on their one-on-one last week he was falling for her.

Dina – Chicago, Illinois

Grant met Dina in Chicago. Dina didn’t have Grant meet her family. Dina said they weren’t comfortable with the process, but if Dina and Grant made it, Grant would 100 percent meet her family. Grant was disappointed. Dina had Grant meet her friends instead at Jack’s Pumpkin Patch Pop-Up. They played fair games, had drinks and Dina’s friends got to know Grant.
